Obstructive Sleep Apnea

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is the most common sleep-related breathing disorder. It causes you to repeatedly stop and start breathing while you sleep. There are several types of sleep apnea, but the most common is obstructive sleep apnea. If left untreated, OSA can lead to severe chronic diseases like hypertension and heart disease.

One of the most common symptoms of OSA is snoring during sleeping and excessive daytime sleepiness. If you suspect you may have OSA, you may visit our clinic for a detailed examination and assessment. Upon confirmation, we will recommend different treatment depending on the severity. Treatment options can range from a mouth guard for night use to corrective jaw surgery.
